Linda Miklas is an organization development professional skilled in helping teams and individuals achieve results. She brings a proven track record as a facilitator, an executive coach, and a leader of large-scale change initiatives, specializing in building new departments and/or functions. Linda has held key leadership roles in a variety of industries, including management consulting, banking, aviation and records and information management.

Linda brings a unique skill set to organization design and development, combining a background in operations and general management with her human resources expertise. She takes a practical approach to productivity and quality by helping clients identify and improve behaviors associated with success. Linda helps clients improve organizational effectiveness by developing management tools, competency models, and training programs to improve individual and team performance.

Linda's client history includes: Commonwealth Medicine, Hasbro, Harrah's, James Hardie, and Pepsi Bottling Group. In addition to her independent consulting work, Linda provides organization development consulting within and across Harvard University. She is certified in The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Targeted Selection, and the Predictive Index.

Ms. Miklas holds a B.A. in English-Communications from Fort Lewis College and an M.A. in Human Relations & Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix.
