Kim McCauley

Ms. McCauley is a Human Resource Executive, Adjunct Professor of Management, national speaker, author, and mother of two young children. She brings a unique skill set combining more than 15 years of Human Resource Management with several Executive Leadership positions. An exceptional facilitator and writer, she is a featured speaker at national conferences on advances in Human Resource Development and has written numerous articles in HR publications.

Currently, Kim is an Organizational Development Consultant who focuses her passion and energy towards supporting organizations in creating healthy work environments. Ms. McCauley has developed training programs and Human Resource Systems which promote and support women in the workplace. Recognized as the premier leader in "Measuring HR's Value" within organizations, she transfers her expertise in Bryant University classrooms, where she serves as an Adjunct Professor of Management.

Her work regarding custom designed training programs and return on investment evaluations has been highlighted in T & D Magazine, and ASTD. She is a unique Organizational Development expert with exceptional business references

Ms. McCauley holds a B.S in Speech Communication, with an emphasis in Business Communication, from the University of Rhode Island, an HR Certification from Bryant University, and a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from Lesley University. She is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Predictive Index and Benchmarks from the Center for Creative Leadership.

Community Involvement
Ms. McCauley serves on the Board of Directors for the Big Sisters of Rhode Island, is a member and avid walker for the Avon Cancer Walk, and serves as a community volunteer for several community children programs.
