Edmund Wittry is a brand and product development expert, specializing in the strategic alignment of people and products. He has spent nineteen years working on comprehensive brand and product development to optimize their relevance in the consumer marketplace. He has been instrumental in developing unique products to make brands more relevant to specialized marketplaces. Wittry's work includes competency modeling, individual coaching and talent and leadership assessment. PathPoint leverages his product development and brand building expertise in creating HR products for clients. This unique approach to the business results in powerfully relevant delivery of HR products that can be immediately executed. In addition to developing more relevant HR products, Wittry helps customers successfully position the value of the work outside of the HR function to the clients' internal concerns. Wittry has spent 10 years in key marketing positions with PepsiCo, Boston Market and Peter Piper, Inc. Wittry has also worked on brands including Nordica, Kastle, Giant Bicycles, Coca Cola, Minute Maid, and Einstein Bagels. Most recently, he headed up the Client Service department at a leading brand development agency in the Rocky Mountain Region. In addition to the supervision of account management, he was responsible for the firm's strategic product. Wittry is a member of the Human Resources Planning Society and the American Advertising Federation. Wittry has a B.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee.
